I am very pleased with the level of service I received from Kevin and his crew. He was very responsive and patient explaining three different options on how to approach my root problem. In the end instead of having to excavate my whole backyard, he hand dug a small trench and extracted 7 foot long root ball out of my pipe and replaced with a new pipe. I would highly recommend this company!
Kevin and Dashaun were responsive, easy to schedule, really pleasant and had our blocked underground pipe cleared in no time. Highly recommend.
Kevin was so transparent with cost and identified and resolved the issue so quickly, a fraction of the time it took for our plumber to look around before referring us to Superior Sewer & Drain. Not only did he fix and explain the issue but he gave tips on how to avoid it in the future.
Kevin and his crew did a great job on a very difficult septic line repair that nobody else would do. This line was very long and made many turns in and out from under our building. This work was done without disturbing the slab at all. Truly amazing and A+ work. Very easy to schedule a time for the job with them and they communicated very well through the planning phase and during the job.
