Christopher Robuck is an amazing gemologist, very knowledgable, very handsome, excellent customer service!!
Great job with communicating intentions with my custom ring order and sending pictures. Very personable and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend, especially military and veterans! Thanks again Alaska Mint!
I’ve been shopping at The Alaska Mint for the past 6 years, since my daughter moved to AK. I always try to stop in when I’m in town. I’ve purchased several rings, earrings and a very special pendant from them and have always had top notch service. Their knowledge and willingness to help you find the perfect item is fantastic. I recently had a chain break, resulting in my 5 year old sentimental pendant being lost. I stopped in to see if they had a replacement. Chris contacted one of his jewelers to see he recognized the description of the item. Within 20 minutes, the jeweler confirmed he was the one who made the original pendant and had actually had made 3 at that time. He still had the last one and it was available. I was so thankful to be able to replace my original pendant with the identical match. Wonderful customer service above and beyond!!
Chris at Alaska Mint was amazing! It felt like I was an old friend and he made my vision come to life. The store is so beautiful and I now have a wedding ring that's unique and I love it!
