Co-extrusion
At Crafted Plastics, we specialize in co-extrusion, an advanced manufacturing technique that allows us to combine multiple materials or colors into a single, multi-layered product. This process involves the simultaneous extrusion of different thermoplastics through a single die, ensuring precise control over layer thickness and composition. By leveraging co-extrusion, we can optimize properties such as strength, wear resistance, stiffness, and oxygen permeability, catering to various application requirements. Our co-extrusion capabilities enable us to deliver cost-effective solutions with enhanced functionality and aesthetic appeal, eliminating the need for additional painting or finishing steps.
